Check out Kim Tildon, Canada's newest IFBB Figure Pro hitting the stage for Figure Tall, Emily Zelinka, National Level Figure Competitor competing in The Arnold Amateur Figure Tall class and Sommer Robertson in the Amateur Bikini division. March 27,2010 Fitness Star Model Search in Toronto, Ontario- Good luck to Melissa McQuillen and Jada Avon, both competing in the Muscular Fitness Model Categories. This show is so well run and has competitors in Male and Female Muscular and Athletic fitness model categories.
April 10, 2010 is the UFE Spring Bash in Mississauga Ontario which I'm really excited to be in the middle of prepping for! The process is being tracked in the blog section.

April 9-11, 2010 - The First ever Fitness and Lifestyle show will be in London Ontario at the Western Fair Grounds! Features of this weekend will be guest appearance from well known faces from the industry, guest speakers, booths from the awesome sponsors, and a UFE Fitness and Bikini Model Competition on April 10th.

April 24,2010 OPA Festival City Championships- good luck to Amanda Snooks and Melissa McQuillen both competing in Figure. Also keep an eye out for Meaghan Terzis making her OPA Bikini division debut!
